Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, and zucchini; cook until soften.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  6. Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
