Quick and Tasty Air Fryer Chicken Wraps

Deliciously crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps, packed with protein, veggies, and flavors – perfect for a quick meal.

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite sauce (e.g., ranch, BBQ, or hot sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your chosen sauce. Toss well to coat.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Fill them with the chicken mixture, a handful of spinach, and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, making sure to tuck in the sides.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  7. Carefully remove them from the basket, let them cool for a moment, slice in half, and enjoy them warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3 to 5 minutes to regain crispiness.
