Bourbon Peach Roasted Salmon

A delicious salmon dish glazed with bourbon and paired with caramelized peaches, perfect for any season.

Ingredients

  • Salmon filets (6-8 ounces each)
  • Bourbon
  • Fresh peaches (sliced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the salmon filets for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the salmon to a baking dish, add sliced peaches, and pour the marinade over it.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through (145°F or 63°C).
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with the glaze and garnished with extra peach slices if desired.

Notes

For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
