  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and sprinkle in the cinnamon. Pour the cream cheese blend over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
