  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (like tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, veggies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until it’s cohesive.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a thin, pizza-like crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Remove the crust and let it cool for a few minutes to help it firm up.
  6. Add your desired toppings, then return to the oven and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
