Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

A heavenly chocolate treat packed with protein and healthy fats, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ Cup Chia seeds
  • ¼ Cup Maple syrup
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein (chocolate flavor)
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Almond milk (or coconut milk, or skim milk)

Instructions

  1. Add cocoa powder to a bowl and mix with a bit of almond milk until dissolved.
  2. Pour in remaining almond milk and whisk until combined.
  3. Add chia seeds, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract; whisk vigorously for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until thickened to pudding-like consistency.
  5. Serve in bowls or jars, garnished with bananas, berries, or nuts if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Stir before serving.
