Delightful treats combining creamy yogurt, rich chocolate, and fresh strawberries, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters; freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in short bursts until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated, and return to the baking sheet; sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Freeze again until the chocolate hardens, about 1 hour. Enjoy straight from the freezer.

Notes

For a creamier texture, opt for full-fat Greek yogurt. You can experiment with different types of chocolate and toppings for variety.
