Instructions

  1. Mini bruschetta: Slice the baguette and toast until golden. Top with a mixture of diced tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Stuffed mushrooms: Clean mushrooms and remove the stems. Combine cream cheese, herbs, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs. Stuff the mushrooms and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Caprese skewers: Skewer cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
  4. Vegetable spring rolls: Soften rice paper in warm water, roll up assorted veggies, and serve with dipping sauce.
