Delightful Cookies and Cream Cookies featuring crunchy Oreo pieces and creamy white chocolate, perfect for cozy family gatherings.

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, pressing them down slightly.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden but centers look soft. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For chewier cookies, add an extra tablespoon of cornstarch. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
