Deliciously crunchy salmon bites coated in panko and served with a creamy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each salmon piece in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in panko mixture.
  4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. To make the Bang Bang Sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  7. Serve salmon bites warm with Bang Bang sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate salmon in lime juice and soy sauce before breading. To keep bites crispy, ensure the oil is hot, and avoid overcrowding the pan while frying.
