Crockpot Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta

A creamy and comforting chicken pasta dish made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 12 ounces Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 ounces dry pasta, cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour the entire bottle of Parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
  4. Add cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir it into the sauce.
  7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and then add it to the crockpot.
  8. Stir to combine and garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté vegetables like bell peppers or spinach in the last hour. You can also use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
