Crockpot Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta

Creamy and comforting Crockpot Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 12 ounces Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 ounces dry pasta, cooked and drained
  • Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour the Parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
  4. Add the cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once ready, shred the chicken and stir well with the sauce.
  7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  8. Add the drained pasta to the crockpot, stirring well. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.

Notes

For extra creaminess, stir in more cream cheese just before serving. Customize with steamed veggies or different sauces for variety.
