Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining layers of ravioli, ground beef, and cheeses, perfect for cozy dinners.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef, draining excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of the beef mixture onto the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce followed by half of the remaining beef mixture and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  5. Repeat the layering with the remaining ravioli, beef sauce, and top with the remaining cheeses.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using Italian sausage instead of ground beef or adding spinach and mushrooms. This dish can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
