Easy Salmon Patties

Delicious and easy-to-make salmon patties that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon, drained
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, beaten eggs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, ensuring the bottom is covered with a thin layer.
  4. Fry each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite sauce or over a fresh salad.

Notes

To store, place the patties in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze them with parchment paper in between layers. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
