A deliciously smooth and safe-to-eat raw cookie dough, perfect for sweet cravings without the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted, softened)
  • 24 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉, about 40-60 seconds, or bake in a preheated 350℉ oven for 3-5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cooled flour, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix in enough milk until the dough reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Customize sweetness by adjusting sugar levels. Feel free to experiment with mix-ins like nuts or different types of chocolate chips.
