Frosted Christmas Brownies

Celebrate the holidays with these warm, fudgy brownies topped with vibrant frosting and festive decorations.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of brownie mix (or a double batch of homemade brownies)
  • 13 jars of white frosting
  • Edible gel food coloring (red and green)
  • Edible gold stars
  • White pearl sprinkles
  • Icing bags
  • Frosting tips (large star tip 1M)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie box instructions and spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix both brownie mixes together in a large bowl and pour the batter into the springform pan, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Bake according to the box instructions or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool once out of the oven.
  4. Carefully remove the brownie from the springform pan and place it on a cutting board. Slice the brownie into 8 triangles.
  5. In small bowls, mix some white frosting with red food coloring for vibrant frosting. Repeat for green frosting in a separate bowl.
  6. Fill icing bags with each color of frosting, fitting them with your favorite star tip.
  7. Decorate the brownies creatively with the frosting and edible decorations.
  8. Serve and enjoy the joyful smiles around the table!

Notes

For fudgier brownies, avoid overbaking. You can mix in mini chocolate chips for extra chocolate delight. Consider adding a drop of peppermint extract to the frosting for a seasonal twist.
