Garlic Butter Honey Baked Salmon

Delicious salmon fillets drizzled in a sweet and savory glaze that transforms any weeknight into a delightful family feast.

  • 4 fillets Salmon (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (Melty)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (Optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley and lemon slices, and serve immediately.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
