Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Tender pieces of steak enveloped in rich garlic butter, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 pounds of steak, cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes, tossing gently to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil. Once shimmering, add the steak in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the browned steak to a plate. Remove excess liquid from the skillet and melt the butter or ghee in the pan.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately, garnished with green onion.
