  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Brush the top with ketchup and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
