High Protein Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to blend the ingredients.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to begin thickening, then stir again gently to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
