Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

Quick and flavorful salmon bites glazed with honey and garlic, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice to create the glaze.
  4. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the salmon to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh garlic and consider adding a splash of sesame oil to the glaze. Serve with lime wedges.
