Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups

Delicious and low-carb cheesesteak roll-ups wrapped in a crispy cheese shell, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef, sliced onion, and bell pepper until vegetables are soft and beef is cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the beef mixture, stirring until cheese melts.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, form 8 circles with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are brown.
  5. Let cheese circles cool for 1-2 minutes, then add meat filling to each circle and carefully roll the cheese around the filling.

Notes

These roll-ups pair great with a fresh salad or homemade dipping sauces like ranch or spicy mustard. Optional: add mushrooms or spices for extra flavor.
