  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch to ensure even cooking.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring every bit is coated in flavor.
  5. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish, and for an extra pop of flavor, sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, allowing those juices to settle back in.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Don’t skip the resting time for juicy chicken.
