These Loaded Breakfast Biscuits are packed with flavor and comfort, making them the perfect start to your day. Soft, buttery biscuits stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese, ready in under 30 minutes.

  • 5 Eggs (Scrambled)
  • 1 Pound Bacon (Diced and Cooked Crisp)
  • 2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/3 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper, setting it aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, dice the bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. While the bacon is cooking, scramble the eggs and set them aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  5. Fold in crispy bacon, shredded cheese, and scrambled eggs until combined.
  6. Gradually stir in milk until well combined; the dough will be thick.
  7. Drop the biscuit dough by 1/4 cup onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  9. Brush with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

Serve warm with optional sour cream or fresh chives. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
