Strawberry Banana Pudding Dream

A nostalgic dessert combining layers of creamy pudding, bananas, strawberries, and vanilla wafers for a delightful treat.

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the French Vanilla pudding and milk until creamy.
  3. Layer half of the vanilla wafers at the bottom of a large serving dish.
  4. Top the wafers with sliced bananas and a scattering of strawberries.
  5. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruits.
  6. Repeat the layers with more wafers, fruit, and the remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Spread the whipped topping over the final layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, use full-fat cream cheese. Adding lemon juice to bananas can enhance flavor and prevent browning.
