Texas Roadhouse Salmon

A delightful and savory salmon dish, perfect for busy weeknights, featuring a honey, garlic, and dill marinade.

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half over the salmon and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the salmon on the grill or in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden, brushing with the remaining marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious creation.

For best flavor, use wild-caught salmon. You can also experiment with different herbs for varied flavor profiles.
