Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies

A cozy and flavorful dish of smoked sausage and fresh vegetables, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 cups of diced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced sausage, broccoli, and potatoes on a large sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, brown the sausage in a skillet before baking. You can also prep ingredients in advance to save time.
