Description

A creamy and flavorful spaghetti dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
