- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Mix the peanut butter, sriracha, ginger, and hoisin sauce in a bowl.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the beef and vegetables, then pour the sauce mixture over the top.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Best eaten fresh the same day; reheats in a skillet with a splash of water if needed.
