Description

A quick and bold weeknight dish featuring ramen noodles, ground beef, and a flavorful sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Mix the peanut butter, sriracha, ginger, and hoisin sauce in a bowl.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the beef and vegetables, then pour the sauce mixture over the top.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Best eaten fresh the same day; reheats in a skillet with a splash of water if needed.
