Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry of beef, vegetables, and ramen noodles, enhanced with sweet hoisin sauce and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Incorporate the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the beef and vegetables.
  7. Toss in the cooked ramen noodles until evenly mixed and heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Best eaten fresh the same day; reheats well in a skillet with a splash of water.
