- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Incorporate the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the beef and vegetables.
- Toss in the cooked ramen noodles until evenly mixed and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Best eaten fresh the same day; reheats well in a skillet with a splash of water.
