- 1 pound chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pot and sear until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
- Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, stirring well for a cohesive sauce.
- Return the chicken to the pot, then add pasta and stir to combine, ensuring pasta is well-coated.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until pasta is al dente and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
