Description

A rich and comforting creamy beef and shell pasta dish, perfect for satisfying meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces shell pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, leaving a bit of flavorful residue in the pan.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened; the onions should turn translucent at the edges.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the shell pasta and reduce heat; simmer until pasta is tender, around 7-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy; the mixture should thicken enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving to add a fresh touch.

Notes

Incorporate heavy cream off the heat to maintain creaminess. Use ground turkey for a healthier alternative.
