Description

A comforting and creamy dish, perfect for busy weeknights, made with pasta shells, ground beef, and cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until no longer pink.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer, allowing it to reduce slightly.
  4. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream, mixing well to combine.
  5. Incorporate the cooked pasta shells and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and coats the shells evenly.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure to drain excess grease from the beef after browning for a creamy sauce. Check pasta doneness a minute early to prevent overcooking.
