Description

A quick and satisfying dish combining tender pasta with sautéed mushrooms, creamy parmesan, and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbling.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened and slightly golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the parmesan cheese and lemon juice, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.
  6. Toss everything together, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes

To enhance the dish, consider adding a splash of white wine after sautéing the garlic.
