- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened and slightly golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the parmesan cheese and lemon juice, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.
- Toss everything together, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
Notes
To enhance the dish, consider adding a splash of white wine after sautéing the garlic.
