Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers on the surface.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add them to the skillet. Sear each side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook until the garlic starts to smell sweet and nutty.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
