Instructions
- Place the beef bites and halved baby potatoes in a slow cooker.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir to combine everything well.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours) until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
