Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef bites and halved baby potatoes in a slow cooker.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir to combine everything well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours) until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
