One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A straightforward one-pan dish that combines kielbasa with vibrant vegetables, roasted to caramelized perfection with a honey and soy glaze.

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa and vegetables to the bowl, tossing until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture out on a sheet pan in a single layer for even cooking.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Check for tenderness in the vegetables; they should be soft but still vibrant. Serve warm when done.

Notes

Pair with rice or crusty bread for a comforting meal. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended.
