- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add sliced kielbasa and vegetables to the bowl, tossing until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a sheet pan in a single layer for even cooking.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Check for tenderness in the vegetables; they should be soft but still vibrant. Serve warm when done.
