- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmers.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Combine BBQ sauce and honey in a bowl; pour over cooked chicken and stir to coat.
- Cook until the sauce caramelizes slightly.
- In a separate pot, combine rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
