Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced andouille sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, shrimp, white beans, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
