Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Add the garlic to the same pot and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cook until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the pot.
- Serve with lettuce and croutons on top for garnish.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using homemade Caesar dressing and adjusting the garlic to your taste.
