Description

A creamy, comforting dish that combines tender chicken and hearty pasta in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce and croutons for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the garlic to the same pot and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the pot.
  7. Serve with lettuce and croutons on top for garnish.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using homemade Caesar dressing and adjusting the garlic to your taste.
