One Pot Chicken Shawarma Rice

A deliciously spiced dish featuring tender chicken thighs and fluffy rice, cooked entirely in one pot for ultimate convenience.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • Rice
  • Onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat some olive oil over medium heat in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook until browned.
