Description
A straightforward baked dish featuring tender chicken, creamy beans, and bright tomatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 sage leaves, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 60g cream cheese
- 800g chicken drumsticks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together in an ovenproof dish and give it a quick stir.
- Add the chicken drumsticks on top and season well with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 180C fan bake for 20 minutes covered.
- Remove the cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
Notes
Using fresh ingredients, especially herbs and lemon, enhances the overall taste.
