- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups noodles (your choice)

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine the beef, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir well to ensure the beef is coated.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or until the beef is tender and easily shredable.
- Add the noodles, carrots, bell peppers, and onion to the slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving.
- Stir to combine with the beef mixture and cover; continue to cook until the noodles are tender.
