Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups noodles (your choice)
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the beef, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir well to ensure the beef is coated.
  2. Cook on low for 360 minutes or until the beef is tender and easily shredable.
