Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers on the surface.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender but still maintains a slight crunch.

Notes
