Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp and vibrant in color.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the pan, tossing everything together.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and well-coated in sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, incorporating the flavors.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
