- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft and aromatic, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add andouille sausage, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, letting the spices toast slightly.
- Pour in chicken broth and add the white beans and corn if using.
- Bring to a simmer, and cook for about 20 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
