Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, and teriyaki sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, if using.

Notes
