Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, ensuring the pasta is al dente for the best texture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it glistens. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach has wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
