- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (just enough to cover chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Spray a crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Add the potatoes to the crockpot, then season them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the minced garlic and stir everything well to combine the flavors evenly.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and season it with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, plus 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken just enough to cover it evenly.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for about 360 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked to your liking.
- Stir everything well before topping it with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Let it sit until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For serving, pair with a simple side salad, steamed vegetables, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
